Romania will host the third hydrogen bus promotion tour in May, part of the JIVE projects financed by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership. Following Romania, the tour will visit Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Bulgaria.
The tour aims to showcase hydrogen-based technology, with one bus tested in nine European cities, including Cluj-Napoca and Galați.
This initiative highlights Romania’s commitment to green technology, with events planned in Cluj-Napoca on May 9, 2024, and Galați on May 13, 2024.
Funded by the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking, the JIVE projects aim to introduce 300 zero-emission fuel cell buses in 16 European cities, making it the largest action of its kind in Europe.
