mission to produce economical low-carbon energy to the benefit of the environment, our customers, our

climate and stakeholder impact. Through its to-be-formed wholly owned subsidiary GreenPoint
Renewables B.V., the Company is developing low-carbon hydrogen and associated infrastructure in
Europe. GreenPoint is focused on accelerating the energy transition by reliably supplying sustainable
ultra-low carbon hydrogen energy to critical resources, reducing carbon intensity, and creating lasting
value for investors.
